Splout Co., Ltd. ("we") has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on HASH. This page publishes our standards and how we act on them, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
What is prohibited
The following are strictly prohibited on HASH. Where a violation is confirmed, we remove the content, suspend the account, and report to law enforcement where required.
Posting, sharing, or linking to images, videos, or text that sexually depict a child
Sexual solicitation of a child, or grooming (building trust in order to sexually exploit a child)
Exchanging contact details or directing a child elsewhere for the purpose of sexual exploitation
Content that treats a child as a sexual object, or that promotes or glorifies such treatment
Publishing a child's personal information without the consent of the child or their guardian
Reporting by users
Every post has a "Report" option under its "..." menu, so anyone can report directly from the app. Reports reach our review team and are acted on promptly. Users can also block accounts they do not wish to see.

How we respond
On receiving a report we review it promptly, remove content we determine to be CSAE, and suspend the account involved. Where required by Japanese law we report to the police and other relevant authorities and cooperate with their investigation.
Eligibility
HASH is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that an account was created by a child under 13, we delete that account.
Applicable law
We comply with Japanese child protection law, including the Act on Regulation and Punishment of Acts Relating to Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, and the Protection of Children. We also comply with child protection laws applicable in each country and region where the service is offered.
